I am looking to develop an online drone designer.
This will be a long process with a large budget and as such a detailed planning process is necessary.
I am looking for proposals as to how you would go about developing such a system.
The brief is in the attached document.
The budget stated is only for the proposal; not for any actual development work.
Please give detail as according with the budget.
Several people/teams may be chosen to create a proposal.
