ReactJS Developer (Front-end)

I have a project built using react.js
I'm looking for a Front-end programmer that knows react.js (back end as well can be a plus).
We can start with small tasks based on an hourly rate and if it suits us both we can move on to a full-time job on weekly payment.
The job is working side by side in fixing current issues with guidance from the developer on the process.
Currently, I need help with some small front-end tasks, css, etc and I am using bitbuckets and visual studio so knowledge of that software is required.
Possibly communicate in Russian.
Basic English is required.
