React native mobile development with TypeScript exclusively

I am looking for a skilled and experienced mobile developer to help me create an app using React Native version 0.70.6 and TypeScript exclusively.
This project extends to both iOS and Android platforms and it is estimated to take more than four weeks. The developer must have expert knowledge in effectively utilizing TypeScript. Note that any other language (such as Objective C and JavaScript) will not be accepted for this project. If you are confident that you can meet all my requirements, please submit your proposal.
