React app polish + backend + store launch (Google Play & App Store)

I have a working React app (3–4k LOC) generated with AI. It’s already functional (profiles, projects, image uploads, location search), but it needs production hardening, UX polish, and a real backend for roles/permissions. Final step: publish on Google Play and the App Store.

Scope

Frontend (React):

UI/UX polish (dark menu, a11y, responsive tweaks)

Fix remaining edge cases (search, location permissions, image handling)

Integrations: video meeting link flow, ICS calendar download, notifications/toasts


Backend:

Node.js/Express (or Nest) preferred (open to alternatives)

Auth (email/password + OAuth optional), roles (private/company/admin)

Entities: Users, Companies, Projects, Interests, Reviews, Files (images)

Secure file upload (S3 or equivalent), rate limiting, input validation

REST API + Swagger/OpenAPI documentation

DB: Postgres or MySQL (open to your suggestion)


Payments (nice to have): Vipps/Stripe later—structure code to allow adding it.

Mobile packaging & Publishing:

Android: signing, versioning, bundle, Play Console listing

iOS: certificates, TestFlight, App Store listing

Store assets: basic screenshots & descriptions (I’ll provide text; you capture screens)


Ops:

Dockerized dev/prod

Basic monitoring (Sentry/Logtail) + analytics (e.g., Plausible/GA)

README + handover



Must-have experience

React, modern JS/TS, Tailwind or similar

Node.js/Express (or Nest/Fastify), SQL DB

Auth, RBAC, secure file upload, pagination

App publishing (Play & App Store) end-to-end


Nice-to-have

Vipps/Stripe experience

Jitsi/Video call integrations

Norway/EU privacy expectations (GDPR basics)
