React WebApp needed with Web- AdminTool (Dashboard) --2

Hi,
a Progressive HTML5 WebApp (PWA) is wanted (with REACT) for desktop and mobile use.
- Push notifications (with possiblity for client to enter and send them online, probably easily through firebase dashboard possible, right?)
- Question PopUp which asks for installing the PWA on the homescreen
-AdminTool (in German and browser based) needed with login and the simple user management possibility: see and edit user data, activation, blocking and delete function. **View of payments of a user and for the contact to which user the payment was used and unlocked.** Blocking function shall prevent user from logging in. I will provide the translations for the AdminTool.
- Simple landingpage-function like from WhatsApp: https://www.whatsapp.com/?lang=de and the main WebApp-Function shall be placed there as a subpage of the landingpage. Exactly like "WHATSAPP WEB" PWA is part of the upper mentioned landingpage of WhatsApp. A detailed mockup already exists and will be shared privately only.
- Cookiebar with managmentfunction of different cookies (functional, analytics, media) and with link to privacy policy, with CTA button for agreeing and setting the cookies and with opt in function for analytics. Opt in means, that the default setting is with marked checkbox of functional cookies only. If the integration of Borlabs cookie solution would work, it will be great.
- Chatsystem needed behind paywall
- Payment integration needed (stripe)
- Imprint page, privacy policy page, contact page
- Google Analytics and firebase implementation and page tracking of PWA's most important pages
-Server setup, connection with domaind and SSL certificate and set up of automatical mails (described below) and everything from A-Z will be needed in order to have a running software.
-Program it in order to make it suitable for future language extensions if the client wants more languages like English in the app
- Basic OnPage SEO (title tags, Meta descriptions, sitemap) and Google Search Console registration
I will share additional details privately then and in order to get your detailed offer.
The adobe.xd design completely exists and you would have to use it and to do the development and server stuff only.
