React/SCSS/Ant Design Web App - Developer/Designer Wanted

I am building a WebApp in React that is very interactive, and I am looking for an experienced web developer who can both build effective components in React as well as design them and have opinions on the layout of the page. A good eye for design and UI is critical for this, and I am willing to pay for someone who is a good communicator and efficient worker. I will have a lot of work I would share my Github repo with you and we would work on it together.
