React App Development with Firebase Integration

I’m looking for a highly skilled React developer capable of creating an app with Firebase integration. I have UI mockups prepared, and your role will be to bring them to life in a functional application.
Expectations for the project include:
- Implementing real-time data synchronization for up-to-date user content
- Setting up user authentication methods and interfaces for secure access and management
- Incorporating Cloud Messaging feature for user communication
I want the current design to be brought to life in the most user-friendly and efficient way. Ideal candidates should possess strong React and Firebase experience, demonstrated through past projects with a similar scope. Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to design specifications is a must.
Our mobile application supports the handling of photos, text, and PDF files. It enables users to submit work requests, which are then forwarded to users of a corresponding React application. To effectively manage these requests, React app users will have access to an interface that displays all available jobs, tracking their progress comprehensively. Within this interface, there will be a dedicated panel listing all jobs. Users can claim a job by assigning it to themselves, after which they can navigate to a personalized section of the app that showcases the jobs assigned to them. This section categorizes jobs according to their statuses: Pending, In Progress, Awaiting Approval, and Approved, allowing users to manage them efficiently. As a project progresses through these stages, its current status should be visible and updated in real-time within the mobile application. React app users can fulfill these requests by uploading the required work via a drag-and-drop interface and then submit it back to the mobile app user. The system also facilitates direct communication between the two parties for any necessary clarifications or adjustments.
The system requires an administrative portal designed to facilitate user creation. Additionally, a Super Admin should possess the capability to assign admin roles to selected users.
It's important to note that the development scope for this project is limited to the React application and its communication with the backend server. No development work is required on the mobile application itself.
