PSD to Bootstrap Responsive HTML

I need a single-page PSD quickly converted into clean, responsive HTML5 that relies on the latest stable version of Bootstrap. Keep the markup light, organised, and easy to extend so it slots straight into my existing template structure.

Key points
• Slice the design and code one HTML file with its companion CSS/SCSS.
• Implement a working navigation menu only; no other interactive features are required.
• Use standard Bootstrap breakpoints—or tweak them if the layout genuinely demands it, I’m flexible.
• Make sure the page renders well on desktop, tablet, and mobile, with all typography, spacing, and colours matching the PSD.
• Optimise images and name assets clearly.

Please deliver the finished HTML, CSS/SCSS, any supporting JS, plus a brief read-me explaining class names or custom utilities you added.
