Outlook Mac HTML Signature Fix
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have an existing HTML email signature that refuses to behave in Microsoft Outlook for Mac. Right now, the formatting breaks after installation. My biggest headache is getting the logo to stay neatly left-aligned—text alignment, font sizing, spacing, and links already look fine.
Here’s what I need:
• Clean up the HTML so Outlook for Mac renders everything exactly as designed.
• Ensure the logo is consistently left-aligned, with no unexpected gaps above, below, or beside it.
• Keep all current styles intact across Retina and non-Retina displays.
• Hand back a ready-to-install .html file plus a quick set of installation steps so I can drop it straight into Outlook and see the correct result right away.
Feel free to tweak CSS, embed images as needed (base64 or local references—whichever Outlook likes best), and add conditional comments for Office clients. I’m happy to provide the existing code, assets, and a screenshot of how it should look. The job is done once the signature installs smoothly and displays pixel-perfect in Outlook for Mac.
