New Look for existing forms

I would like to give a better design or better look for exiting project.

You need to know about:
- HTML5
- JQuery
- JavaScritp

Tools in use (must continue using)
- Visual Studio 2019
- Materialize Framework

You will have to get data from existing API, and put these data in customer form (2 forms with 4 TABS).
Just imagine a form where need to register a new customer
Form 1 - Will show a table (getting from API), with all customers
Form 2 -Will show a form to register necessary information (there are 4 TABS), and send to existing API

If you like to work with design front end, and know about requirements above, then make your offer.
If you are not confortable with this, please dont waste your time (and my time)..
