I want to make the webapp. So it can be use on web in any browser and In mobile browsers. We have to record the video (scan overself )and upload to Azur server. The requirement is there will be button lets say "Start scan" when some one click on start scan button the video record screen will be come. On that screen one frame will be set for example rectangle outline (we can set the detentions). User have to fit in this frame. when user fit in this frame video will be start recording and if anypart of body will come out of this frame then video will stop and voice over message will be come. Rest we can discuss on message. If you think you did like this work before that message me
