Laravel Landing Page Form Integration

I need a small, purpose-built form added to an existing landing page that runs on Laravel. When a visitor hits “Submit,” two things must happen seamlessly:

• Their details are captured and passed to me—either straight to my email inbox or stored in a file I can download quickly from the server.
• A Google Ads conversion event fires through Google Tag Manager so I can track the lead in real time.

Clean PHP, Blade, and Laravel techniques are essential; I’m keeping the codebase lean and readable. Please wire the form with the usual client-side checks (HTML5/JavaScript) and server-side validation that Laravel makes so straightforward, so bots and junk never reach me.

Once complete, I’ll verify that:
1. Data arrives exactly where I asked—email and/or exportable file.
2. The conversion tag shows as fired inside the Google Ads “Conversions” panel when a test submission is sent.
