LMS Website REACTJS

Hey mate,
I need a Frontend/ReactJS Dev for my project. I'm building a LMS and need someone to do the frontend.
I will be doing all APIs and backend services, and this app needs to be integrated with Firebase ( mostly for authentication & authorization ).
The application has 2 distinct parts:
1) Courses builder/instructor backend - Where the instructors will be able to create their courses, a.k.a upload thumbnails, add course title, description and categories information.
Also upload video files for each class. I did a POC with fine-uploader and just need to call one of my URLs for each file for authorization and use the URL this service sends back to upload.
2) Courses Delivery - Where the students can browse, search courses, buy a course and watch classes. I think the "trickiest" part here is the work with VideoJS, but not that trick...
If you don't know what a LMS is, then think about Udemy, acloud.guru, skillshare, pluralsight, etc...
So, I would like to know how long and how much would it cost me.
PS: The screenshots in attachment are the original design ( which I don't like much ), so if you can do UX that would be great!
