Javascript for MIDI

I want to send a MIDI program change message from my computer to my MIDI synthesizer keyboard.
I use Adobe Acrobat DC for all my words and music. Acrobat allows me to run a JavaScript. I know how to do that part. I don't know how to write the script. Most of code needed for this application is available on GIThub.
This is a simple script. Once I have it I can change the MIDI program change message to whatever I need it to be.
