Interactive 2D Drawing Web App

I'm seeking a proficient JavaScript developer to create a simple, yet engaging, 2D drawing web application.

## Project Description
The web app provides an interactive 2D drawing canvas to the users which users can either import 2D DXF files and modify it or draw a 2D layout from scratch and export the result in dxf format.

## Features

1. DXF file import and edit
2. New 2D drawing
3. Horizental Ribbon sections and icons based on image "Page 2-1 Icons" (The ones with RED cross mark are not needed)
4. Line draw same as image "Page 2-2 Line Draw Function"
5. Annotate dimention same as image "Page 2-3 Annotate Dimension"
6. drawing stretch same as image "Page 2-4 Stretch"
7. Polar settings menu and functionality same as image "Page 2-5 1POLAR"
8. Snap settings menu and only Endpoint, Center and Nearest finctionality same as image "Page 2-6 Snap"
9. DXF file export
10. Theme option to choose dark or light mode
