Integrate PTZ IP Camera Control

I need an IP camera integrated into my HTML page with live view. The camera should support PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) functions controlled via on-screen buttons.

Requirements:
- Use plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Implement on-screen buttons for PTZ control
I need a live-view camera frame addon for a webpage that supports PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) functions. The primary platform for this feature should be web browsers.

This is an easy task that just needed is to add to my existing code some functions on the main video frame such as move up/down/left/right.

I have sample code and example page.
