Images dominoes for H5P

I'm looking for an experienced programmer to create a H5P activity as image/text dominoes Input parameters would be images and text. User must drag and drop dominoes at the right place to match image and text. I'm attaching picture for reference. Expected deliverable is a .h5p file.
