How to move the text from left to right , right to left using button

My project is looking for a developer experienced in React + typescript to create a solution which will move text from left to right or right to left when a button is clicked. The styling and design of the text is not necessary, and the text should not move in any animation or jump - it should simply move to the opposite side. I am open to suggestions, so please don't hesitate to offer any ideas or solutions that may improve upon this.

I attached a image , where as that text has the data "Products 194 Resource 20 Service 9 List of values 42" I want the text in the center and left , right should have the buttons (keyboard arrows)
