Highly Experience Dedicated Front-end designer Needed

I need a highly experienced designer who can work remotely. I need dedicated 40 hours a week.
Skills: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JS.
Must be experienced in Figma because we need to convert Figma design to HTML5 and CSS3.
Job is a front-end only with a duration of 80 hours maximum.
