Help completing a responsive React site with multiple users & subscription cabilities.

I was building an app with a backend developer but he passed away so I would like help converting it into React Native web application with modern techniques
(HTML5, CSS3, CSS4, CSS5, ES6, ES7, ES8) for FE. I am a FE developer. The application should track invoices, and allow painting companies create estimates via forms for various painting projects. The form estimate page is currently located here https://www.ezcontractingsolutions.com/pages/estimates.php. This is me https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicoleyaciuk/ and I also need to make a punch clock and help building a profile page for user types, Painting company owner, Painting company manager, Painting Employees, and clients. The login will be from a WordPress brochure site I can build, but a developer with knowledge of FS PHP apps would perhaps also be helpful. When I clean up the codebase I'll add a link to github.
