HTML5 Chart convert from an Image

I need HTML5 expert to work on my chart image converting to HTML5 hart, I will share all x and y values of chart image so you have to show these values on mouse hover. Also add some drawing tools like circle, triangle, lines etc over chart.. If you are an HTML5 expert then only bid for this project..
