Frontend Developer and Animator Needed

I am looking for an experienced frontend developer with a strong background in Javascript & animation using CSS,GSAP . Need to create a 320x480. HTML banner with animation. Design and all assets will be provided on Figma. You can have a look at the design attached. Also its kinda urgent and will be great if we can complete in 3-4 hours.
