Front-end developer to help build web app

We are looking for a Freelance front-end web developer to help us translate the UI/UX design wireframes into actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. We already have the HTML and CSS files developed and are now looking for someone who will be able to implement the front-end functionality and connect to the back-end using a REST API. The successful candidate must be proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React.JS, and Git. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced remote team.
