Front-End Developer for Landing Page Implementation

I am looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to build a website with a structure very similar to https://GlucoFreedom.com. The developer should be proficient in modern front-end technologies, write clean semantic code, and prioritize responsive design and SEO best practices. I will provide the layout in Adobe XD.
Requirements:
Proficient in HTML5 & CSS3: Semantic structure, responsive layouts, and accessibility.
JavaScript skills: Creating dynamic functionality and interactivity.
Experience with Front-End Frameworks/Libraries: Preferably React.js or Vue.js.
CSS Preprocessors: Familiarity with SASS or LESS.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git.
Build Tools: Knowledge of Webpack, Gulp, or similar tools.
Responsive Design: Ability to create layouts that work seamlessly on all devices.
Attention to Detail: Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
