Finaliza um aplicativo

I need a competent developer to finalize an application. The application is already prepared, but an integration API is missing. I couldn't find this integration API as Uber and 99 did not provide it to me. So, if someone already has these authorized APIs, they will be five steps ahead because the application only needs this integration to work. Therefore, I am looking for someone who already has these API credentials.
