Experienced Web designer + Android Mobile UI Developer on Monthly engagement

We are looking for an experienced web and mobile designer on a monthly salary to complement our inhouse developer.
Tasks include
Create fully responsive pixel perfect designs based on the designs given (not very complicated, they are just straight designs) which should have google page speeds more than 90 or 95 in desktop and 90+ in mobile
Create an android mobile UI for the Mobile App for the project.
