UI/UX Designer for Electron Web/Desktop Application

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to design and build the interface for a web/desktop application using Electron, with integration of Java-based dependencies. The ideal freelancer should have experience in creating responsive, user-friendly UIs and working alongside developers in a hybrid front-end/back-end setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement clean, responsive, and intuitive UI layouts using HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap

Work within the Electron framework to develop a functional desktop interface

Collaborate with developers to integrate Java-based services or JAR dependencies

Ensure cross-platform UI consistency, performance, and accessibility

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes as needed

Required Skills:

UI/UX Design expertise with a strong portfolio of desktop or web applications

Hands-on experience with Electron.js and building cross-platform apps

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap)

Familiarity with Java or JavaFX, especially for integration purposes

Understanding of Git, Jira, and Agile workflows

Project Scope:

Build a fully functional desktop UI using Electron

Collaborate with devs to integrate Java-based backend components (JARs, services, etc.)
