Delivery Manager
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
Delivery Manager will be responsible for overall delivery management and customer satisfaction. Your focus will be spread across multiple customers, and you'll work directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project life cycle to ensure customer success and adoption.
The Delivery Manager is responsible for timely deliverables, project staffing, and overall satisfaction of the customer in the context of Professional Services engagements.
You will understand software implementation best practices as well as be extremely knowledgeable about the Talend technology and architecture.
Must have 8+ years of experience
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the delivery of Talend projects at customer accounts within region to ensure deployment matches client executive and business sponsor expectations
2. Manage and mentor Productions Consultants assigned to a project;
3. Interprets review findings to formulate optimization of Talend products for customers
4. Develops Talend Data Management and/or Application integration solution design and deployment in data migration, data integration, application integration, data quality based on customer user experience and interface
5. Knows Where, When and How to communicate with colleagues
Desirable Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
Education: At least a bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is preferred.
Experience in managing projects in Data Management / Big data / Cloud space is preferred
Should understand the data space and have passion for the same
Past technical hands-on / strong conceptual experience in at least one or more of the following disciplines is highly preferred:
Data Integration (ETL)
Data Quality (DQ)
Master Data Management (MDM)
Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
Business Process Management (BPM)
Big Data (Hadoop distributions and key technologies like Hive and Spark)
Relational and NoSQL databases
Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and/or Microsoft Azure
Understanding of core integration technology and Systems Architecture
Integration development experience
Excellent project management, organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
Exposure handling global clients
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
Timely delivery of all project related deliverables
Ability to lead and manage engagements and implementations
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with implementation methodologies
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Proven customer satisfaction abilities
