Css Animations Landing Page HTML Gatsby Design (From Figma File)

Looking for an experienced front-end developer to create an animated and interactive landing page using HTML, CSS, and Gatsby. The page design is outlined in a Figma file which includes a specific color scheme. The desired animation effect for the hero section is one of fade-in/fade-out; slide-in/slide-out; or bounce/zoom. The level of interactivity should be moderate with some interactive elements included. An eye for detail and knowledge of design trends is a must.
