Crete a prototype HTML and CSS webpage

Hi, I have an idea of a webpage that I would like to convert into a prototype webpage in HTML and CSS with one home page and one check-out page. Nothing needs to be working but just UI purpose. Should be less than an hour or two for experienced people.
