We need create an interactive Map on HTML5 with SVG and data.

The map shows some total stats (see map_normal.png file) and when somebody click on any state of the country it updates the 8 categories/stats numbers for this state (see map_click.png file).

- co_map.svg file provided have included the State Names and IDs
- .AI file provided as labels/categories desing reference, it labels must be created on html/css
- Reference.zip contains an html5 example of the map
