Convert UI Design to Next.js 15.x

I have a project where I need a UI design converted to Next.js 15.x. The design will be provided in a PDF file as well as an HTML version of the design.

- Total of 5 designs & 5 corresponding HTML files
- Budget: $15 for each project, total $75

The final product needs to be responsive for both mobile and desktop. There will be a few animations and interactive elements, for which I prefer the use of React Spring.

Ideal candidates for this project should:
- Have extensive experience with Next.js 15.x
- Be able to create responsive designs for both mobile and desktop
- Have experience with implementing animations and interactive elements using React Spring
- Be able to deliver high-quality work within the specified budget
