Competition Website Development (Figma Ready) + PWA + Comprehensive Admin Panel

We are looking for a skilled developer to build a custom competition platform with functionalities similar to an e-commerce website. The project includes:
Responsive Website + PWA (Progressive Web App) development.
Custom Admin Panel (design and development required).
Figma designs are ready for the website (frontend UI/UX is finalized).
Key Features & Functionality:
1. Competition System (Website/PWA)
The platform will host three competition types, where users can enter by purchasing tickets.
Upon purchasing an entry, users receive a random ticket number(s) from the available pool.
Depending on the competition type, users may receive instant win/loss feedback after purchase.
Draws are triggered when all tickets sell out or at a scheduled date.
Live draws are conducted using Google’s random number generator, managed manually by the admin.
2. User Flow:
1. Purchase Entry → Receive Order ID + Assigned Ticket Number(s) (e.g., 1-1000).
2. User Dashboard → Track purchased tickets, results, past competitions etc.
3. Admin Panel (To Be Designed & Developed)
The admin panel should be intuitive and functional, with features including:
Competition Management: Add/edit competitions, set deadlines, prizes, and ticket limits.
Sales & Revenue Tracking: Monitor ticket sales and revenue in real-time.
Live Draw Control: Trigger draws and notify winners via email/SMS.
User Management: View, block, and track user activity.
Analytics Dashboard: Display key metrics like sales, user engagement, and performance trends.
Admin Panel Design Expectations:
Clean, user-friendly interface.
Visually aligned with the website’s existing branding (colors, fonts, style, etc.).
Technical Requirements:
Frontend: Convert Figma designs into code using React.js or Vue.js + HTML5/CSS3.
Backend: Laravel (PHP).
Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Payment Gateway: Stripe/PayPal integration.
PWA Features: Offline mode, push notifications.
What’s Provided:
Figma files for the website (including homepage, competition details, user dashboard, winners page, recent draws, etc.).
No pre-designed admin panel – the developer must create the UI/UX for it from scratch.
Deliverables:
