Children's Educational HTML5 Games Development

I'm looking for a developer (or team) able to create between 10 to 20 simple, interactive HTML5 games aimed at children aged 3 to 5 (see attached picture as example). Each game should be delivered in HTML5, Java, and CSS, and should retail for $30 each.
