CRM: Customer portfolio control for commercials, statistics with graphics of the commercial portfolio, data collection from a contact web form.
Budget: €350 – €800 EUR
Project can be done in JS, PHP, HTML5, GOOGLE FIREBASE, BOOTSTRAP, CSS3.
The program is divided into four sections (tabs).
1.- Section: Client portfolio: In this section the data of each client will be shown by means of a table, being able to edit the data, delete them and add more clients.
Each client must be assigned a Status, a commercial and where they have met us, the three options will be made with a dropdown where the options are selected.
Customers can come because the Admin user has assigned them to them or because the same commercial has added them with the green button +
In this section you can search by client and by date and between dates.
The table can be sorted by Status, by business, or by how you have met us.
The Assign Commercial option will only be shown if the user is Admin, and if the user is Admin you will be able to see all the clients of all the commercials. If the user who logs in is not Admin, only the clients of that user will be displayed (commercial)
The bottom part is a map of a library that we use elsewhere in the company. An icon of each client located by their address will have to be shown on the map, clicking on the client's icon will show a window with all the information of that client, as well as an edit button, clicking on this button will select from the customer table the customer.
The Conversation with the client field must be an Edit area where any data can be freely written and it can be enlarged automatically according to the data inside or manually.

2.- Customers collected from the web section: This section will collect in a table the data of each customer who has wanted to contact us, the data will be displayed with the possibility of editing them, this tab can only be seen by the Admin user and this will assign the data of a client to a commercial. The table needs to be sorted by Commercial and by date.
The form data is found on a website that we have made and is stored in a firebase database, you have to record the form data and then know how to show it in the table in this section.
3.- Add Commercial Section: In this section, commercials will only be added by the Admin if they have logged in. Name of the commercial and a password with this information, you have to create a user in the Firebase platform, Authentication section, when you click on the Add employee button, @crm.com will be added to the name of the commercial, in this way we will comply with the rules of Firebase Authentication, every time you log in a commercial, the login will add @crm.com to be able to enter.
You can edit the commercials and delete them in the table
