Build a web application on reactjs

I am looking for a UX/UI expert who can help in building the front-end for our application. while we have a separate team working on the back-end, simultaneously we want to get the UI build with on ReactJS. This is suppose to be a single page application with approx 10-15 pages with different layouts and all pages will connect to backend using Ajax API calls. We do not have the wire- frame ready at the moment and looking to discuss and get suggestion on appropriate design.
