Build A Scrollable Video UI

NOTE: I will only be considering offers made by freelancers that submit a video proposal. No other offer will be considered.

Greetings,

I am looking for a developer to use Nextjs to create a UI that is of scrollable video. Given an array of video URL's, it must render a swipeable UI. There must also be an easy way to place elements on top of the video - please see the pseudocode example below.

... I can insert any UI within this container that will be overlayed on top of the video.

Must Use Technologies and requirements:
- Nextjs using Typescript.
- TailwindCSS.
- React 17.
- React function components with hooks.
