Bootstrap NGO Template Design

I’m putting together a fresh, responsive website for a non-profit and need a clean Bootstrap-based template I can drop straight into our hosting. The template should be built with the latest stable Bootstrap version, fully mobile-friendly, and easy to extend.

Core pages I need designed and coded:
• Home
• About Us
• Contact Us
• Gallery
• Events

Feel free to propose an intuitive navigation flow that keeps these pages front and center. While I haven’t locked in a color palette yet, please keep the stylesheet organized so I can adjust variables quickly if we decide on bright, neutral, or darker tones later.

Each page should come with placeholder images and lorem-ipsum copy in clearly commented sections, so my team can replace content without hunting through code. I’d like clean, semantic HTML5 markup, well-structured SCSS (or plain CSS if you prefer), and minimal external plugins—only what’s genuinely helpful for sliders, modals, or image grids.

Deliverables on hand-off:
• Zipped project folder with all HTML, CSS/SCSS, JS, and asset files
• A brief readme outlining file structure and any build steps
• Screenshot preview of each page at desktop and mobile breakpoints
