Attach hyperlinks to an animated splash page

Using babylon.js or a suitable application, I need three hyperlinks added to a newly designed animated splash page. The first link, to skip the splash page to enter the website. The second link, to jump to a specific spot on the landing page. And the third link, to enter the website.
