Angular Tutor

I need someone proficient in angular to complete and explain a short assignment Im self learning. Task is to build a small form on angular that pulls data through get request, with the ability to use ngrx to store local data and modify and delete locally. I'll explain project further, but I need to gain clarity through having a phone conversation, about my requirements to understand if you know what the task is and if you're the right candidate I would like to work immediately. this is in angular 6 or above NOT angularjs
