Add vibration effect to this web HTML code

Hello, we need to modify the attached code so when it is visualized in a mobile and the animation shows the car crashing the screen of the mobile, a mobile vibration should be added as effect. So, the user will note the mobile vibrating when the car in the animation crashes the screen. See attached code. This should work for mobile (iOS, android and windows)
