QC website, improve responsiveness, and optimize performance

I have a personal portfolio website that I coded with the help of a template. It functions well, but has one or two bugs and could use some code cleanup and debugging. I need the assistance of someone who can go through each page, ensure it's all clean, responsive, and error-free. I'll also need this person to optimize performance (decrease network payload, optimize images, ensure fast loading times, etc). The website is only 14 pages and many of them are structurally identical.
