A area chart showing weather data of 9 day. Each day contain 4 items > total 36 items.
When first loading the page, the chart will show the first four items and allow to horizontal to the end.
When scroll to the next day, the dropdown menu above (Today) will update Today / second day/ Third day.
Please random show local file (below three icon) on second row of x-axis
The page need to be responsive as the window width will affect the fontsize of text
The page will show on a mobile app as we dont want to see the scroll bar on chart. But the chart has to support horizontal scroll function
