Work hours 1:30PM to 10:30 PM
Strong Communication skills.
Contractual period 3 months.
2 Rounds of Interview
Minimum 6+ years of experience.
Advanced / Expert Level Service Management Administration Qualification
Advanced / Expert Level Service Management Configuration skills
Must have an ITIL Foundations V3/V4 certification and practical application experience
Exposure to Sever Infrastructure, Networking (DNS / Routing), Transact SQL skills, SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) reporting skills and UX / UI skills is required
Must have HTML / XML and development experience
Must have technical documentation skills
Must have worked in a complex environment
Web-based applications experience is required
Good to have Skills:
A Freshservice or Freshdesk Administration Certification
Advanced Excel skills
A Microsoft Certification
Exposure to other Service Management Tools (Ivanti / ServiceNow / CA / BMC)
Business Intelligence and Business Analysis experience
Web Service Development (rest/soap) skills
