in this project, we are looking for a "multi step form" submission tool by selecting icons which at the end will give the customer the option to either send the estimate via email or text. will provide sample websites upon request.
- must be a SEO & Mobile Friendly code
- all inputs should be saved in a backend portal/dashboard including the price sent to customer for lead tracking
- options and prices must be easily edited/changed within the dashboard
- must be capable to be embedded in WordPress websites as a frame
- need to integrate with a system to setup auto-respond text messages (preferably Twilio or similar services)
