some Flutter coding with Firestore

I need someone who can link a datepicker to Firebase and query available product for a booking app. Then update a list based on the results.

I already have:

Flutter code
Firebase account connected to Flutter project
Datepicker


I am missing:
List of cars in FireStore database
function to update cars list based on available dates.
