I need two wordpress websites, one ecommerce, one company

I am in need of two WordPress websites - one ecommerce and one for my company. For the ecommerce site, just install beauty theme template, and configure plugins, layouts, thats it, budget is $30 for both, please read the description, budget is $30, bid only if you agree with the budget, otherwise, dont bid!
