I need someone who can help me recover my assets from an website that do not let me withdraw

Three weeks ago I've opend an account to apcoins.com and start trading SBUX/USDT. In this two weeks I managed to earn 9218 USDT. After I've read some reviews over the internet(all bad about this website saying that they are scammers, refuses to pay and all) I decided to withdraw my assets but they are refusing to pay.

I need someone who can help me withdraw my assets.
