I need to build an online auction website, that allows for live and timed auctions, built in billing and invoice / statement creation. Uploading of Users and sellers. Listing of many "lots" per auction, with jpeg images and details. Whatsapp notifications to users of "out-bid" on a lot.
Proxy bid or Auto-bid function.
