I need a responsive Prelander Website

I need a simple Prelander Page
It starts with a logo on top and after this should be 5 headlines: Sexpartner, Reife, Vollbusig, Teens, Beziehung.
If you click on one of these headlines the pictures should change, but not the website, only the pictures (profiles) should change. Since you can't see the last section, the menu area should be scrollable. If one clicks on the profiles, only then the users should be forwarded to another Website. The Cityname should be taken over on the basis of the IP, for this I use the service of https://extreme-ip-lookup.com. At the end It should be easy to handle for me, that means I have to be able to change the pictures, name, age and the links easily. The whole thing was created with Figma, that means all things like logo, size, text, text color, distances, line height etc. must be taken 1:1 from Figma. I want the whole thing of course Responsive but Mobile First but a desktop and tablet version should also be programmed. If absolutely desired, I have to creat Desktop Design too, but tries first independently, thanks Figma access and Extreme-ip lookup API code I give then.
